 SBST was created in 2001 after several years of working along side pain management specialists, orthopedic / sports medicine physicians, and neurologists. Manual therapy, when given in stages, has been proven time and time again to be effective in pain relief and help with the healing process. While suffering from car accidents and sports injuries throughout my younger years, I have also been on the other side of the fence. Through all the hurdles , I can look back and appreciate all the education I received and the many wonderful guides that showed up at the right time. 

 Here at SBST, we work with one another frequently sharing new ideas while integrating advanced manual therapy techniques to help our clients and each other. We stay up to date with the latest research and technology while being state and nationally certified as an Approved Provider of Continued Education.
