  SBST was created in 2010 after several years of working alongside pain management specialists, orthopedic / sports medicine physicians, and neurologists. Manual therapy, when given in stages, has been proven time and time again to be effective in pain relief, maintain muscle and soft tissue health, and enhance the healing process. While suffering from car accidents and sports injuries throughout my younger years, I have also been on the other side of the fence. Through all the hurdles, I can look back and appreciate all the education I received and the many wonderful guides that showed up at the right time.
