Plan member rates range from 25% - 30% off original prices

Savings are between $50 and $75 off our original price depending on type of service and quantity 

There are no plan cancellation fees on yearly platinum and month to month enrollments. 

Appointment cancellation policy is as follows: 

Non-members - $25 after grace period of 24 hours

Members - $15 reschedule fee * Note * plan members get 1 appointment cancellation without a reschedule fee for emergencies

There are no refunds - gift certificates are provided for all purchased sessions

Yes, as long as you are an active member throughout the year. There is a member/CC processing fee you pay each year to remain active if you are in the basic monthly plan. Platinum monthly plan has rollovers (limit 2 per year) and no expiration for package sessions. 

If you have a plan with rollovers, then you will not lose your member massage session. Package sessions do not expire as long as you are an active member. Non members that purchase package sessions can be used within 1 year of purchase date.
