Plan member rates range from 25% - 30% off the online member price 

Savings are between $50 and $75 off our online rates per package depending on type of service and quantity 

There are no plan cancellation fees on yearly platinum and month to month enrollments. Appointment cancellation policy is 12 hour notice for members  or $15 reschedule fee and 24 hour notice or $25 reschedule fee  for non members. Plan members get 1 appointment cancellation without a reschedule fee for emergencies

Yes, as long as you are an active member throughout the year. There is a 1 time member/CC processing fee you pay each year to remain active.
