Plan member rates range from $10 - $25 off original prices

Savings are between $50 and $75 off our original price depending on type of service and quantity 

$0 cancellation fees on platinum or basic month to month enrollments unless you cancel within the 1st 90 days. If you are enrolled in one of our older plans and cancel before your renewal, there is a $39 fee for early cancellation. 

Appointment cancellation policy is as follows: 

Non-members - $25 after grace period of 24 hours

Members - $15 reschedule fee * Note * plan members get 1 appointment cancellation without a reschedule fee for emergencies

There are no refunds - gift certificates are provided for all purchased sessions that cannot be used

Yes, as long as you are an active member throughout the year. There is a member/CC processing fee you pay each year to remain active if you are in the basic monthly plan. $0 yearly fee for Platinum monthly plan members 

If you have a plan with rollovers, (Platinum Plan) then you will not lose your monthly massage session after 30 days. * NOTE * you can gift any of your prepaid sessions to a family member or friend if you are not able to use it within that 30-day period.

Package sessions do not expire as long as you are an active monthly member enrolled in one of our plans. Non members that purchase package sessions can be used within 1 year of purchase date.
